Export gif to web

I'm trying to export my cinemagraph to the web but I keep getting the error code "cannot because of an unknown error."  Has anyone else run into this?

For my Cinemagraphs I usually target 800 px to 400 px as a maximum width (or height for vertical animations).

Try changing the size of the gif to a smaller one.It might help you.

  • How big is your file?
  • How many frames does it contain?
  • Which version of Photoshop?
  • What are the technical specs of your computer -- do you have enough memory?

I changed the size thank you so much!. However when it loops back around it is not seamless. Anyone else have this problem? I feel like it has something to do with the duplicated layer.
