export layer comps truncates file names when exporting as PNG

So,

I loove this script as I am a layer-comps-a-holic, but am frustrated that the file names are truncated if the layer comps are too long. In the below case I am exporting to PNG. JPG works fine.

Ex Layer Comp name:

Home screen - Sound ON - green option 4

Ex File Name:

0001_Home screen - Sou#0

It doesnt have an extension or anything. Very short filenames, seem to work ok, but its the files that are based on long layer comps names that seem to be problematic.

Anyone else encounter this and can help?
