Exported photoshop has the wrong date

Hi, I am exporting layers to files in photoshop. Today is the 2nd Jan, however they are dated 31st December

It only does it on JPEG if I export as PNG it has the correct date.

How do I fix this?

Have you tried restarting your computer and try it again ?

Try singingi out from the creative cloud and sign in again

if that does not work out, you can reset the preferences settings
