I've tried exporting to a jpeg and a png file.

I've also cropped the file encase there was a visible border in the file previously.

Here is the web file and the graphics are the quotation marks at the bottom - [moderator removed the link]

Ideally I would like to resolve this in png format

Can anyone help please?

Thanks, I think I've fixed it. There was nothing wrong with the images, it was the website which was displaying images with borders.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
