Exporting GIF was fine before saving

Hey guys I made a video timeline and exported it as a gif legacy. It was fine before I saved the PSD and reopened it. Now when I export the gif the first few frames freeze. No changes has been made.

The Photoshop preview is fine. Here is before and after saving the PSD.

Does the PSD video timeline still play and render a video mp4 that plays correctly.  If it does you can import a frame anunation timenline from the mp4 video file.  Using Video Frams to Layers and creat a frame anination.
