Express messed up my Photoshop

I've had an Adobe account for yearsand I am running Photoshop 22.4.3. I tried to download Photoshop Express and now I get a sign in dialog any time I try to run Photoshop asking to start my 7 day trial. I don't seem to be able to run photoshop at all. Help!
