ExtendScript Debugger for MS Visual Studio

Community Expert ,

Where can a Mac user get the Adobe ExtendScript Debugger for MS Visual Studio? And how to install it???

I must be missing something basic. The links below have not helped.

I have downloaded Visual Studio on Mac OS 10.14 Mojave... But I can't get the debugger to install from the website (it uses some weird VS hyperlink, probably a Windows thing), nor can I do it manually with the .vslx file. The debugger is not listed in the Extensions browse within VS.

I thought that the Mac version was in private beta, but reading up it appears that the Mac version was initially publicly released and that it is the Windows version that is not yet public...

Thank you Lumigraphics, you are correct, I had mistakenly downloaded MS Visual Studio when I should have downloaded MS Visual Studio Code:
