To remove the Reflection some Touch-up (Clone Stamp Tool, Paint Brush Tool, …) may be necessary, the color could be addressed with Adjustment Layers.

Can you explain in detail how you removed the glare?

I did not.

I only edited the color of the reflection with a Channel Mixer Adjustment Layer.

It would seem pointless to talk about this image, though, if you are actually trying to edit another.

Edit: If you have an image that you want to remove a glare from please post it.

In addition, you can try this from Terry White:

Note that the glare is not on the iris, so it may be quite limited in scope.

Thank you, this was helpful! Generative AI is not able to handle the iris "yet", but I found another video showing how to remove the glare.

You're welcome, @KimKeesler , I'm glad it was helpful. 😊

Terry has a newer video out where he shows no glare and then shows how he's removed the lenses from his previous pair of glasses. Again, limited in scope!
