Filling color holes also by identical colors ?

How can I fill the yellow areas with the surrounding color; I was hoping content aware fill could do this but from my attempts it's unsuccessful. Below is the texture which is not zoomed in, as you see there are regions with different colors, I'd like to fill those regions with the surrounding color for those regions. You can hopefully see the different color regions which I've explained.

Short of manually cloning I can't think of much. By their nature most of those fancy semi-automatic tools will apply some form of interpolation and smoothing. It's an intrinsic weakness/ limitation of vector synthesis algorithms.
