Check and see Photoshop 2024 is running under Rosetta.

Go to

Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2024

right click on the

Adobe Photoshop 2024.app

then click

Get Info

and see if

Open using Rosetta

is checked

If so, unchecxk it and see if the Filter Gallery is back on the Filter menu.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks for this great detailed help, Jeff.  Sadly, I'm on a PC, and I just can't find the "Get Info" anywhere. So frustrating when Adobe does stuff like this. Takes the joy out of upgrading.

uphilldeb,

Windows doesn't have Get Info or Rosetta.

What version of Windows are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of the your Photoshop Filter menu?
