I have a membership with adobe for Photoshop CS 6 extended and the software don't give me the option to use "filter Camera RAW".

CS6 doesn't have the Camera Raw filter, it was introduced in Photoshop CC.

Per Bernsten has given you the correct answer. You cannot apply the filter.

However if you need to open a jpeg or tiff in camera raw you can do it from Bridge using "Open in Camera Raw"
