Fixing blurr with Photoshop CC 2017?

Does anyone have any tips if there are ways to improve upon blurred images using Adobe Photoshop CC 2017? I know not much can be done but I am hoping to learn a few new tricks.

You want to improve on the camera shake. Did you try using filter>Sharpen>Shake Reduction yet?
