Font and tools not working

Hi, went to use my photoshop today and when I opened it the tools are usable but no image is being shown making it hard to pick them out. Also text won't work, error message about FontCache appearing. 

Have tried:

Resetting preferences

Manually resetting preference

Deleting CT Font Cache

Unistalling and reinstalling 

Any ideas on what else to do?

Then clear the font cache:
