Font filter not working 2021

It's been almost a week now, I've had 0 feedback or help from other forums so I thought I'd set up my own..as many designers will know this is a very important feature for us.

My fonts are no longer being filter in any category. 

I've tried resetting preferences, I've tried a fresh install of PS2021.

So before I get a generic copy-paste, "check this post" any updates on this issue? 😅

It seems to be an unfixed bug in this version but it doesn't happen with all users.

Indeed, I'm wondering why I'm paying a premium for less than premium help.

it's now the 14 and still, no word form an actual employee or news of a fix, will be unsubscribing today..during the current climate i cannot justify paying what I pay for something to be working...cheaper and freer alternatives out there

Good choice because 3 years later it's still happening 🙂 Would love to filter my fonts but.. here we are!
