In Photoshop for the iPad, how do you change the dimensions so the image fits the whole page?

Photoshop does not have pages; it has a canvas.

• If you choose Import and Open, the canvas and image start out as the same size
  
• If you created the canvas first, then imported the image, the sizes may vary.
  Either crop the canvas or scale the image proportionally or a little of both
