Is there any setting were I can adjust this so I can see what i'm doing without keep having to moving it around the screen?

Looks like you're using a low resolution setting for your display

You can drag the title bar to move the dialog over, but my display is set to 1600 * 900 so gives me plenty of room to work with

My current display is set at 1920x1080 (Recommended), but have adusted it to 1600x900 and the problem still persists.

What version of Photoshop and what Operating System are you using. What are the native pixel dimensions of your display?

Check Photoshop Preferences > Interface and the UI Scaling, you may be set to 200%, if it is set it to Auto

Checked and it's already on auto.

Try setting it to 100% and restart Photoshop
