Generative AI is not working

Hello all ,

Generative AI in all adobe software is not working in photoshop it's saying there is no inter net connect but there is , in illustrator its saying we are having high demand therefore we cant process then what the hell i am paying price for ? 

I  have 16 gb ram i5 8th gen processer with 1650 ti gpu and anyone help me out in this ?
