Hello, I have a problem with the generative expand. Yesterday i logged into photoshop and the day before that it wasnt working but yesteday it asked me to agree to some terms, so i agreed to them and my generative expand worked, its now the next day and i doesnt work anymore. Does or did anyone have the same problem?

"Not working" can mean so many things.

What are the exact steps you are using?

Please show a screenshot that includes your image, the Crop tool, the options bar, and the Layers panel.

What were the terms you agreed to?

What is your exact version of Photoshop?

Jane

We can't see your Layers panel because of the Info panel covering it. We need to see all of the layers please.

I see an image that is entirely black, 35.9m x 35.9m.

Is that what you are trying to enlarge? Do you want the new larger image to also be entirely black? If so, you don't need Gen Expand. Crop the image larger and fill the new areas with the same black.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Please clarify!

@damien35630138ohai how large is that image? You are zoomed out to 12.5% so Im assuming its huge in pixel dimensions. Generative features have a limitation of 2000 px so you could be exceeding overall size limitations. Normally if you go over 2000 px it resamples quality to accomodate, however with something this large it may be an issue.
