There's a problem with my generative fill, It goes up to 100%, and the green bar gets filled, but it doesn't move nor does it show any result. It was working fine in the morning. but now I'm stuck with this problem it's so frustrating. I've tried resetting my preferences

You try signing out and signing back in via the Photoshop Help menu and/or via the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

Any error messages? I'm guessing you'd have said but we have to be sure.
It's possible that it is purely to do with the Adobe server, and that there is no fault at your end.

no error message as such. but I tried connecting my PC with my phone's hotspot, and it worked. but it's not working with my wifi.

Hello, have you solved the problem? The same thing happens to me too and I can't find a solution

hello, I think it is a problem with your isp. I saw a low download speed so I contacted mine, they solved it and it was working fine. Try changing to a different wifi network

that's not the problem
because I have a fiber connection
and I also did a speedtest,
plus I tried to connect it to a hotspot with two different devices with a connection above 200Mb and it still gives me the same problem

well then I might know the exact reason behind it, mine was working fine after 1-2 days

Hello
Is someone having issues in Photoshop 25.1.0 running on MacOS 14.1 Sonoma? I have seen issues reported in the community but in previuos versions of both.
Thanks

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer so far the only issue I have is with generative fill, it is not working. The progress bar goes to the 100% but stays there forever and I have to clic in cancel button. the rest of the things are working fine so far

I will move your post over to the thread dealing with this issue. In future, it's best to either search for an existing thread and add your comments or when starting a new thread be as specific as possible with details regarding the issue. #vagueposting does not help.
