Based on how your screen shot looks, especially the bottom bar, it look like you are using Camera Raw as a filter (Filter > Camera Raw Filter), not opening a file through Camera Raw import options, is that correct?
If so, it is working correctly and as designed. Cropping has never been possible in the Camera Raw filter, because cropping operates at the document level, but Camera Raw filter operates on a layer, not a document.
The Crop tool in Camera Raw is always available when you open a file into Photoshop through Camera Raw, as its own document, or place a file as a Camera Raw Smart Object layer within a Photoshop document. But not when applied as a filter to a plain Photoshop layer. The reason Camera Raw crop works with Camera Raw Smart Object layers is that those work like nested documents, letting the Crop tool work at the document level.
You can still “crop” any layer using a pixel mask or vector mask, without using the Camera Raw filter.

I have trouble remembering pre-update behaviour, but seeing as it was only a day or two ago that we saw a thread featuring the Geometry group in Camera RAW, I think we can safely say that the Geometry group disappeared from the main ACR column, and now only shows when Crop is selected in ACR. This is the Camera RAW filter btw, and not the result of opening a RAW file directly to ACR. This is with 25.5 and 25.6 (beta)
