GoPro Glitch Recovering

Hello Everyone!

On holiday, i took some photos with my GoPro. At home i could see that one has a glitch. I belive it happened during the storing...

However i'd very like to recover the photo. I've already worked on it, but now i'm at a dead end.

Anyone has an idea?
