GPU acceleration issues

i was starting to edit the pictures i took today, i managed to edit the first one fine. then when i moved onto the next image suddenly now it wont let me. it says "camera raw requires GPU acceleration to edit photos"

ive tried every trick i can find online and nothing seems to fix it. theres nothing wrong with my RTX3060ti

all my drivers are up to date too. ive checked that the acceleration is on in the photoshop settings. nothing seems to work. any help plz!? im tearing my hair out
