You can find it in Photoshop by going to Help, then selecting System Info. Just copy the details into a text file and attach it to your reply, or feel free to share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file-sharing service you prefer.

Hi @Marisa36568709xqh8, Thank you for reaching out! I'm checking in to see whether the issue has been resolved. If it persists, you can try out the steps below:
1) Ensure you have the latest Studio drivers from Nvidia, as Studio drivers are optimized for creative apps.
2) Ensure you're using the latest version of Camera Raw.
3) Reset camera raw preferences: Before opening a RAW file in Camera Raw through Bridge, press and hold CTRL, ALT, and Shift, and then open Camera Raw. You'll be presented with a dialog box; click on "Yes" to reset the preferences.
