Grabber tool no longer works with mac sierra update

Anybody else having this problem.  I updated to mac sierra and now my grabber tool in PS no longer works with or without my wacom tablet.  I have uninstalled PS and reinstalled.  I have reset the tools.  I have all the latest drivers for my wacom tablet.  I am hoping somebody has the cure.

What’s the »grabber tool«? Do you mean the Move Tool, the Hand Tool, …?

Could you post a screenshot to clarify?
