Hi. Operation on Windows 10, I have a pretty basic graphics card but until now I haven't had issues with the neural filters/camera raw filters. After the last update, I am getting an error message about 50% of the time (that it encountered a fatal error and would be disabled for the rest of the session). These are my settings. Is there anything I can do? Card drivers are up to date.

Turn Use Open CL on and restart PS.

If that does not help:

Go to Adobe Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the details in a reply.

Do you have more than one graphics card installed?

What happens when you view Help Menu/GPU Compatibility?

Thanks Kevin, I did not know about the GPU Compatibility window. It looks like it's fine though. I will try the Use Open CL option and see if it helps.
