Hi, does anyone know how I can upgrade the graphics processor level from level 11.0 to level 12.0?

Try on nVidia forums better. From what I can find online your GPU should support DirectX 12.0.

@Emilio-DR you can't increase the feature level of a GPU, your GPU has DirectX 12 support but not the full DirectX 12 support that Photoshop requires, the only option you have is to consider purchasing a new system
