Having trouble removing this persons out of control beard

Hi there does anyone can guide me on how I can remove this persons beard I tried everything thx

Are you hoping to reveal a fully shaved face, or just smarten him up?  The later is doable, the former can only be done by compositing another face.  That would be a difficult edit.  One day the Development Team wil add a Neural filter that would do this in a few seconds and half a dozen mouse clicks.

I tried to add a different chin to his face and tried to blend in his shirt but as you see the beard is really long and flaky
