Help exporting to MP4 (to import into Adobe Spark)

Hi Smart People:

There isn't a Spark forum so maybe someone here can help me?

I recorded a short video on my iPhone, edited it in Photoshop 21.0.3 on my Mac (Catalina) and exported to mp4 with the following settings:

Spark will not allow me to import the resulting mp4, and keeps offering this error message. What am I missing? 

Spark Video On Web Says My Video File Is Unsupported

This error suggests that the video file you are trying to upload is in a format that Spark Video on web currently does not support. Spark Video on web supports most video files in the .mp4, .mov, and .m4v container formats which are encoded using H.264 video codec, and either MP3 or AAC audio codecs. Other container formats, or codecs are not fully supported. So next step is to convert your video file into a format that Spark Video will recognize.

I figured out a workaround. I imported the video back into Photos on my Mac, switched to my phone and was able to add it through the Spark mobile app (instead of on my computer). There must be a better way?

Thank you for the work around.  That worked for me, as well.  However, I'm putting together a montage of videos that teachers made of their classrooms and I have no method of rotating the videos if they appear sideways on my desktop version.
