The replacement image seems to be a good fit. 

So place it as a Smart Object, transform it, mask it and apply Adjustment Layers as necessary.

For eye color alone it is naturally preferable to use an at least halfway fitting photograph of the same person.

I gave Gen Fill a go and it didn't do to bad, had to generate a few times though
