Help: Photoshop cc inserting weird pixels all around the document

I am Facing a weird issue after upgrading to PS CC 2018, there are some weird pixels as broken lines appearing on the document all over.

see attachment for a clear view on this issue. These are increasing gradually and covering the work area.

Please suggest some valuable help to get it sorted,

Can you post a bigger screenshot, what OS version do you have, have you tried updating your GPU drivers from the manufacturers website

You could try resetting PS preferences

I am using windows 7 OS,

Tried resetting the Preferences, All the drivers are updated.

These lines are inserted by the program itself. And is reflecting in the exported png/jpg also.

Try going into Preferences > Performance > Advanced and set the Drawing Mode to Basic, restart PS

Tried, but still same lines showing there. Seems I have to rework on it.

Any help? any workarounds?

Selection for layers also going to auto mode even if it unchecked..... Weird!

User friendliness / Usability perspective, old versions were far better.....
