I am a long time PS user, but I just got a PC with W10 for the first time. In ACR when I try and get to the drop down options of the crop tool to select 16:9 for example nothing happens. I am a Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet user
I just get a circle appear when I touch down. In windows 7 I used to be able to turn off that annoying circle, but can't find out how to do it in W10 or if it is that preventing me from getting to the crop drop down options.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
This afternoon I have resolved the issue myself. I have come to Windows 10 rather late compared to some and that is what seems to have cause my problem, with a new PC and W10
I am an experienced PS and Wacom user and in the past few years in Windows 7, I have to make an adjustment in Pen & Touch in Control panel. I never liked the press and hold to create a right click, so I configure my rocker switch to do that and turn off Pen and Touch. I also make changes in the Tablet PC settings in Window

I am an experienced PS and Wacom user and in the past few years in Windows 7, I have to make an adjustment in Pen & Touch in Control panel. I never liked the press and hold to create a right click, so I configure my rocker switch to do that and turn off Pen and Touch. I also make changes in the Tablet PC settings in Windows 7. Deciding if I wanted left or right handed operation.
Using W10 today with a Wacom Bamboo tablet in Adobe Camera Raw. I could not access the crop or the targeted Adjustment tool options from the drop down menus in the upper left of the ACR window. (see screen grab) They just refused to crop down, so in the crop for example, I could not get to the rules of third grid or access the other crop options like 16:9
To cut a long and frustrating story short, here is the solution I found. I went to the Wacom preferences pen mode tab and started to open options I have not used in around 20 years with Wacom. I tried the mapping button and opened up the Pen Mode Details and from within that window, I removed the tick to Use Windows Ink. Then all works well.
The odd thing was that the pen works perfectly OK in similer drop down menus in Bridge

Thanks for the share.
Windows Ink tends to clash with my workflow too when working with my Wacom.
Glad you sorted
