Help: Problem with Soft brushes Photoshop !

Community Beginner ,

Hi everyone,

Most of time I use PTS is ok, but I do not know why, sometimes Soft brush in Brushes did not work. It can not paint blur. You can see in picture, soft brushes are disappeared.

Even I tried to reset my Mac, reset Wacom, update new Wacom softwave, .. but I noticed that in another softwave (ex: Clip Paint) I still can use soft brush like normal, but in PTS it did not. So maybe this problem belongs to PTS.

My painting has another painting softwave, but I feel more comfortable with PTS, but now this problem

Somebody have solutions please help me give it a try. I'm very grateful for your help.

With your screenshot being clipped as it is it does not even seem possible to make sure which Tool you are using, what the settings are, what the image’s Color Mode and bit depth are etc.

What have you done for Photoshop trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Thank you C.Pfaffenbichler, I'll try your solution now.

Ps: When I read my post again, I see this page has auto fix my post and some sentences makes no sense
Like this "My painting has another painting softwave, but I feel more comfortable with PTS, but now this problem".

My right types are: My Mac has another painting softwave, but I feel more comfortable with PTS, but now this problem made my work delay 3 days.

Sorry for that corrupt sentence.

Should the issue arise again you could alternatively try the less drastic option of resetting only the affected Tool.
