Help Required Color Picker Error

Please can somebody assist or advise how to solve the following problem that I am getting when wanting to choose a color?

I would try following trouble shooting steps:

1) Try restoring your prefs: To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you startPhotoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferencesfiles are created the next time you start Photoshop.

If the problem persists, try disabling additional/3rd party plugins. Troubleshooting Plug-ins.
