Help with blurry license plate on a hit and run please

Hello,

Earlier this morning a van hit my car and took off. My WYZE cams were able to capture footage of the incident but the license plate is hard to read. I spent last few hours trying to figure out the license place, but outside of basic enhacement I don't really have much knowledge of photoshop. So I was wondering if someone with technological know-how can help me figure out the license plate. It looks like a MA license plate which should be in the format of XXXXXX. Any help will be much appreciated.
