hexadecimal color picker default pop up different

Hello, really appreciate if anyone could share me how to change my color picker default pop up setting to the original settings? i used to double-click the color and it Pop Up the Old settings which was like this photoshop-color-picker-f64-blake-rudis-tutorial-e1523976232133.png 

but now when i double-click the color it shows and pop up this kind of settings

really appreciate if anyone could share me some solution for me to get back my color picker when i double click it will pop up the setting to the original version like thisphotoshop-color-picker-f64-blake-rudis-tutorial-e1523976232133.png , thank you!
