hexadecimal color picker default pop up different

Hello, really appreciate if anyone could share me how to change my color picker default pop up setting to the original settings? i used to double-click the color and it Pop Up the Old settings which was like this  

but now when i double-click the color it shows and pop up this kind of settings 

really appreciate if anyone could share me some solution for me to get back my color picker when i double click it will pop up the setting to the original version like this , thank you!

@Melissa5E07 check Image > Mode, you may be in 32 bits/channel
