Homescreen / New... window doesn’t show up...

Hi!

Since couple days, when I run Photoshop, Homescreen doesn't appear. In general preferences I have this enabled. Similiar with "New..." dialog box, when I click it in File->New... or just by pressing Ctrl+N, nothing shows up. When I open some images, it will normally open and everything shows up. Any of you have similar problem maybe?

My specs are: Windows 10 ver. 1909, latest Photoshop CC 21.1.1 release, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, GeForce 1070 GTX with latest drivers, 32 GB RAM.

Might be worth resetting your Photoshop preferences.

It didn't help, also reinstalling Photoshop did nothing.

Latest Photoshop is 21.1.2 Release, try updating and see if that helps.

Updated. Still the problem exist.

From curiosity I run Premiere, and there is similiar problem too. It hangs up on home screen (screenshot in attachment). I think that this can be connected.

Any ideas? There is more windows, that are not showing up, like "Save as..." what makes totally impossible to work. 😞

I uninstalled all Adobe CC apps and Creative Cloud Desktop app, and installed again.

I reinstalled whole Windows 10 (with keeping installed programs). Problem is still there!

Dialog boxes are working ONLY in "Legacy" mode! This means, that I can only in preferences have "New document" in Legacy, but I'm still unable to use windows like "Save as.." and others. (they don't have legacy mode) 😞 So it looks that there's something wrong with Adobe interface.

Adobe, pls, we need a fix ASAP!!
