I put Photoshop CS5 on a new laptop and had problems so needed to return the laptop. Without out thinking I did a clean restore, wiping out everything I installed, without deactivating Photoshop (which is also on my desktop computer.)
I only use Photoshop now on occasion when I want to touch up a photo I want to have printed so the subscription service is out of the question for me. Because of health problems it's hard to get up and use my desktop. The laptop will be my lifeline. But my desktop is more powerful so I really need to keep Photoshop on it also.
I am buying another laptop. Is there anyway I can contact Adobe to deactivate the program on a laptop its no longer on? I tried to follow the instructions and find the Plan section but couldn't find anything that would help.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
Peggy

Thank you, but I've looked for a way to contact and haven't found one.
