Hi, I've been directed to make a post here by Adobe customer service.
My original issue was that after factory resetting my Mac, I couldn't access any apps at all, either from the Adobe website or the Creative Cloud desktop app. It was stuck at "loading applications."
Before the factory reset, I was using Photoshop CC 2017. Customer service have said that neither PS 2017 nor any other versions compatible with my OS are available, so I asked about Photoshop CS6 and was given a link to post here.
Is it correct that I can't get the 2017 version at all? Is it even still possible to get CS6 in 2022?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
CS6 is a separate purchase, and it has not been sold since 2013
Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager
.
I do not know how far back this process will go, but try this link
-NOTE that you will have to search the site for your specific download
Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions

-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process will
--only work until Adobe completely removes the old version(s) from the server
.
IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD

Thank you very much! I was able to download Photoshop CC 2017 from there and will copy it to an external hard drive. Unfortunately, Bridge 2017 is already gone, but I’m glad I could get Photoshop.

Hi
You didn't say your macOS and we need that to give you the best answer, as Apple has made changes in macOS 11 and 12.
Your paid subscription to Photoshop CC 2017 includes upgrades to future releases. Adobe offers the current version and one previous. As John said, ProDesign tools has direct downloads for some versions that will work with your paid subscription.

I’m on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, but I was able to download the 2017 version from Pro Design Tools, so it's all good now. Thank you!
