How can i roll back to a specific version of Photoshop

I have 2 identical Mac minis but one version of Photoshop has been upgraded. Potentially this version 21.2.4 performs a lot slower than the other mac running  photoshop 21.1.3 .

I see how to roll back to 2018 2019 etc, but how can i roll back to a specific version. Photoshop 22 was too slow to work with so no point I see at the moment in upgrading to the latest.

Those are not available in the CC application anymore. 

Under »Other Versions« you should get a list of the available versions. 

Make sure to back-up your presets before rolling back, though.

What if it doesn't give you options for versions?   Does that mean you can't do it?
