How can I save file from photoshop cloud to my computer without opening it?

I'm working on a big art project on photoshop and I've been saving it to cloud documents. Today I found out that I can't open it in photoshop anymore because "the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop". I think that my file may be corrupted but I can't repair it because I don't have it in my computer and I can't open and save it. When I open photoshop I can see my file in the cloud but when go to my creative cloudd files or to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents it says that I don't have any cloud documents. How can I find them?

First confirm that you have saved as a cloud document (PDSC) and not as a PSD file saved in the CC folder and synced to the cloud.

If you did save as PSDC and don't see it under cloud documents when you access via the web, then check under "Deleted Files" and see if your file is there

If it is the latter then look under "Synced Files" rather than cloud documents
