But just to be clear, Feature Level is not something you can update with a new driver. That's the physical capabilities of the GPU, what it is actually able to do.

DirectX 12 support means that the GPU supports the DirectX12 APIs (application programming interfaces). But it also has to be capable of executing the required functions, and that's the feature level.

In short your GPU does not meet the requirements to run all the features in the current version of Photoshop which requires Direct X feature level 12 .

It all seems to be running off the integrated Intel HD 520 GPU. That GPU is not sufficient for current Photoshop requirements.

In any case, dual GPUs is always a potential conflict. The general advice if you have dual graphics is to disable the integrated GPU. See section 6 & 7 here:

@D Fosse, as I read the system info, @leigth32639195g77s is running the AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M335 as the primary GPU (also see the screenshot where the Radeon is the GPU detected). What am I missing where the info shows Photoshop is running off the Intel HD 520? Thanks!

Good spot Dag.  The system is also a bit low on spec for current Photoshop versions.  It wouldn't be a particularly happy experience using V25 on that system...   Especially running off the built in Intel GPU.
