How do I get my photo on photoshop?

I'm very new to photoshop, I can't even figure out how to get my photo onto  photoshop form dropbox. Help please

Go to File > Open, then navigate to the file in the Dropbox folder.

First download the image from Dropbox and save it to your desktop.

Then go to File Open on Photoshop.  Look for the file on your desktop.

You can also right click on the image after you save it your desktop.  This will bring up a menu and you can choose OPEN WITH then select Photoshop.
