Hi

Try this.

Go to the top right of your screen, where it says "Photography" and click the down arrow. From the menu click on "Reset Photography".

If that does not help

Go to Preferences - General and click on "Reset Preferences on Quit" then close and restart Photoshop

Another option, you can click on Window in the top nav bar and add the things that you want back that are missing.
