How do I permanently delete the default brushes that come with Photoshop?

I deleted those default brushes marked in the screenshot, but when I restarted Photoshop they reappeared.

How do I delete them permanently?

You can try to delete them in the global folder under "All Users" where the default standard profile files are stored and of course you may need to check your local Adobe folder as well along with the actual Program folder.

Because I don't know which ones you mean.

My local Adobe folder in the Documents folder has no Photoshop folder.
