Hello community.
Sorry for my noob question but I cannot find how to remove certain files from showing up in the Home Screen (but not all of them). The computer I use is also used on the same account by other 2 people and showing all the files is a somewhat serious privacy concern but at the same time I cannot clear everything because I have worked with a lot of files from different folders and locations on the disks that I need to continue working on and it would be a pain to relocate them on the various disks and ssd's. I counted on the Home Screen as a place to 'keep them together'. Hope it makes sense, English is not my native language.
Thanks in advance.
I understand what you are saying but I also think (and practice) that if someone else needs to use my computer, they will sign into the same computer but under their own separate user account or the Guest account. It just makes things easier for everyone, nothing gets mixed up. They still have access to applications, but we will never run into each others’ documents, downloads, web history, account cookies, saved passwords, recent files, and so on. Separate user acounts is a much cleaner, more p

There is no current function to remove individual files from that screen.
'The computer I use is also used on the same account by other 2 people'
See 3.1 in the attached licence terms 'Each licence is to be used by only one (1) person and cannot be shared. '

It sounds like you need additional licenses

Thank you for taking your time to answer.
1. Ummm...okkkkk. I was definitely not expecting that answer. That would probably take like 5 minutes for a programmer from Adobe to implement a right-click bringing up some options on the photos given the complexity of this piece of software. It's the natural thing to have a right-click bring stuff up and it was what I have tryied instinctively. And from what I can now see it's not like I'm the first (yes, I should have searched more before asking here - sorry) to request this. There's discussions from 2020 with lots of people asking for such a feature. In 3 years you'd thing that would have been implemented. Oh well... maybe next year. OR perhaps Adobe doesn't give a coin on what people want.
Second: Regarding Photoshop licenses. Perhaps I was not very clear. I have close people who use my computer and my windows account. Not my Photoshop. They do not use Photoshop. I have stuff showing up there that makes me somewhat uncomfortable if it was to be seen. Not a tragedy but still, it's my feelings and my personal photos. You can open an app by mistake or by curiosity (esp. when it comes to photos). There's a diference between the posibility of opening up an app accidentaly and usage.

Separate user acounts is a much cleaner, more private, zero maintenance way to share hardware.
And that is probably a big reason not only Adobe, but practically all other software companies, do not offer editing of the Recent Files list. Because although it might be a simple code change, for one thing it is better addressed by a solution already built into the OS (separate user accounts). Another reason is that being a quick code change is often not enough; even if it’s a good idea there are always literally thousands of other good 5-minute fixes that are being considered and must be weighed as to which ones are the highest priority to do next. Editing Recent Files has probably not beaten other requests to the top of the list. (As can be seen by the number of user feature requests being voted on in the Ideas section of this community.)

Conrad C: Yeah, I basiccally added my second comment in which I wrote what you suggested before reading your comment :)) That is, splitting the system using Windows accounts. Will do. Thanks.

But nevertheless... given what you have told me (which I wasn't even aware since it's only me who uses Photoshop on the licence), I will now take the effort and go the route of using the Windows accounts system , first to solve my problem that Adobe did not bother to do an dsecond to keep acces to Photoshop accesible only to me. Win-win. But still uncomfortable.
