How do I sign an extensions?

i want to sign my extensions with  ZXPSignCmd

but i don't know from where i get start

do i use a terminal or what a tool should i use

btw i'm using Brackets App

'm trying to sign the extension but I still get the same error "extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed" I'm using the mac with ZXPSignCmd and photoshop cc release  19.1.3
