How do I use photoshop to repair a pantyhose tear?

I have a photo with a small tear in worn pantyhose which is a bit jarring, I've been trying to paste other patches over the run which has looked pretty good, except in areas like the foot where it starts to look obviously photoshopped. Any ideas on how I can make it look more natural looking?

Id be curious to see the tear. But id be willing to bet that Frequency Separation would be a good way to take care of it. If youre willing to share it I wouldnt mind giving it a try.

It's not possible to even guess how to fix this without seeing a relevant part of your image (the tear and what surrounds it). Can you please post that to get some relevant answers?
