I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to create a seamless texture for a scallop tile pattern in Photoshop? I have created other seamless textures, however when it comes to herringbone or fish scale patterns or anything that has a definite repeated pattern, the Offset tool just jumbles the patterns up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the tile that I've been trying to create seamless. Many thanks in advance 🙂

I think Adobe developed something, but I would have to look it up.

Is it about just the »lines« or also the gradient?
In the first case try isolating the smallest repeating element and go from there.

I believe that Adobe new plug-in design to print may have some feature to help create seamless fabric patterns. Adobe design to print
I would think if you are going to be print fabric designs you would want you design to be seamless. Adobe would most likely help them with tools to help creating seamless designs.
