So I'm pretty new to Adobe Photoshop CC. I was using it to draw some sketches using a Wacom tablet, except every time I draw using the brush tool the picture just moves around. Its like I'm using the move tool except I'm not. This mostly happens when I zoom into the picture. Is there a way to stop the picture from moving when you draw? I'm not sure if this has something to do with the app or the tablet.
Here is the most probable answer to your question:
"Every tool acts like Move Tool, and latency: Intuos Pro"

You don't mention what OS or Wacom tablet you have, take a look at this thread see if it helps

Sorry, I forgot to mention that. I have Windows 10 pro, and I have the Wacom Intuos Pro Small. However, looking at other comments I'm guessing its a something to do with a Wacom driver update. I'll investigate further and check.

I think it may be more to do with a Windows update rather than the Wacom driver update
Take a look here

This is about the forth thread reporting similar behaviour. It's either a Photoshop bug, or more likely, a Wacom driver issue.
Every tool acts like Move Tool, and latency: Intuos Pro
I'm using the driver below with Windows 10, and I don't have the problem.
Tell us what Wacom driver version and operating system you are using.
