You can try to update the driver from Intel's website - but to be frank, integrated Intel GPUs are hit-or-miss with Photoshop. It may or may not work. Photoshop always works best with (and is really designed to work with) a dedicated video card with a NVidia or AMD GPU.
If, however, this is a laptop with dual GPUs you may be in better shape. In that case you should completely disable the Intel GPU so that Photoshop only works with the discrete GPU. See section 7 and 8 here:
